Ampoule Filling Machine

The infeed hopper is fed with ampoules out of magazines which are picked up by the infeed turret and transfered on to the moving rack, from where they are carried four at a time through the stations, pre-gassing filling, post-gassing and sealing. At the sealing station ampoules are rotated and sealed by the burners. The tips of the ampoules are picked up by the clipper tongs. The sealed ampoules are then discharged to the outfeed hopper
